Before you shop

Onion, garlic, oil and tomatoes recur across these dinners. Keep crushed and diced tomatoes distinct, and check the pasta shapes before shopping. The list preserves those differences.

The combined list keeps different food forms separate. Check your pantry first, then check off amounts you already have.

Cook on the evenings you choose

Make each dinner when you need it. Stir one-pot pasta across the bottom and check tenderness against the package timing. For the soup, the default method uses one pot; cooking its pasta separately for leftovers uses another.

Follow each card’s three-day fridge limit and reheating directions. Cool leftovers promptly in shallow containers, date them and reheat only what you need. Health Canada’s leftover guidance explains safe cooling, storage and temperature checks.
